1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Gambit Solutions (“Gambit”, “we”) about your use of the Atlas app and this website. By creating an account or using Atlas you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Atlas.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Atlas. Setup asks you to confirm this. Minimum-age and capacity requirements in your country may be higher.
3. The Atlas service
Atlas helps you decide what to eat and what to buy. It matches published recipes to the targets and restrictions you set, lets you track what is in your pantry, builds shopping lists, and offers general supplement information.
Atlas is provided as is and features may change. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by request (see Delete account).
5. General nutrition information, not medical advice
Atlas provides general nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Atlas does not prescribe supplements; supplement information is general and is kept separate from meal recommendations.
Speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have food allergies. Nutrition values are calculated from ingredient data and real values vary with brands and cooking.
6. Targets and restrictions you enter
Atlas works from the targets, allergens and preferences you give it. You are responsible for choosing values that suit you and for checking ingredient and allergen information on the food you actually buy and eat. Atlas treats restrictions you set as hard filters in its matching, but it cannot guarantee that any food is free of an allergen.
7. Atlas Pro subscription and billing
Atlas access is provided through the Atlas Pro subscription. It is bought and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by Atlas, under their terms. Atlas uses RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active.
Intended commercial terms: a 7-day free trial with full access, then AED 69.99 per month, renewing monthly until you cancel. These are the intended terms and are subject to the final store product configuration. The price and trial shown in the app at the time you subscribe are the ones that apply.
8. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered it is shown before you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the subscription price when the trial converts. A trial is typically available once per Apple ID or Google account, as set by the store.
9. Cancelling and managing your subscription
You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google subscription settings, or in Atlas under Profile → Manage subscription, which takes you to the right store page. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Deleting your Atlas account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription with the store separately.
10. Retailers, affiliate links and prices
Atlas may link to third-party retailers such as noon. They are separate businesses; their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their products, availability, delivery or pricing.
Affiliate disclosure: some links are affiliate links and are labelled. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine which meals Atlas recommends.
Prices: prices and costs shown in Atlas are estimates or reference prices as of the date shown. They are not live retailer prices, and availability is never implied. Atlas does not fill a retailer’s cart or process your purchase.
11. Intellectual property
Atlas, its name, logo, software, recipes, nutrition data and content belong to Gambit or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Atlas for your own non-commercial use. Retailer and brand names belong to their owners.
12. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse Atlas, interfere with it, or try to access other people’s accounts or data.
- Do not copy, scrape or resell Atlas content or data, or reverse-engineer the app, except as the law allows.
- Do not use Atlas in a way that breaks the law.
13. Service availability
We aim to keep Atlas available but may suspend, change or discontinue features for maintenance, security or business reasons.
14. Termination and deletion
You may stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Ending your account does not cancel a store subscription (see “Cancelling and managing your subscription”).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, where required, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept it.
